Apple iPad: the new Air 2 and Mini 3 with the 3 Italia offers

3 Italia has presented its offer to have the new iPad Air 2 Wi-Fi Cellular and iPad mini 3 Wi-Fi Cellular. These are data plans through which 3 customers can connect to the fast HSPA /4G-LTE network of 3 Italia with the new Apple tablets.

iPad Air 2 is the thinnest tablet in the world, weighs only 437 grams and is characterized by innovative features such as the new Retina Display, the screen with the most effective anti-reflective coating on the market, the new iSight and FaceTime HD cameras, the A8X chip Second generation 64-bit which accelerates graphics and CPU performance even more than the previous model. Wi-Fi and LTE wireless connectivity is even faster while the Touch ID sensor for fingerprint detection ensures security. iPad Air 2 has a battery that's even more fuel-efficient, lasting up to 10 hours a day.

iPad mini 3 only introduced the TouchID fingerprint reader compared to the previous model, therefore it supports the Apple Pay mobile payment system. The screen is 7.9 inches with a resolution of 1,536 x 2,048 pixels. iPad mini 3 is still powered by the A7 chip with 64-bit architecture. The camera department is identical to that of the iPad mini Retina Display – a 5-megapixel iSight camera on the back and a FaceTime HD camera on the front. The same goes for connectivity, nothing new: 4 LTE or Wi-Fi 802.11ac.

Both the CONSUMER Offer: and the BUSINESS offer include up to 30GB LTE (the 4G-LTE option is included in the fee) with 1GB/day; 6 months of free subscription to the digital versions of Repubblica , L'Espresso and National Geographic; 1 free film per day, available in the 3OnDemand section of the 3 Italia Web&Store portal. The data traffic generated is included and does not erode the tariff plan thresholds.

CONSUMER OFFER : The new iPads are available with the Tre.Dati Plus Subscription which at 20 euros/month with iPad mini 3 and at 25 euros/month with iPad Air 2 includes everything listed above. For iPad Air 2 there is an advance payment of 99 euros for the 16GB version and 199 euros for the 64GB version. For iPad mini 3, however, an advance of 149 euros is expected for the 16GB version and 249 euros for the 64GB version

BUSINESS OFFER : The new iPads are also available for VAT numbers with the Internet Subscription L which – at 22 euros/month with iPad mini 3 and at 25 euros/month with iPad Air 2 – includes everything listed above. For both iPad Air 2 and iPad mini 3, there is an advance payment of 99 euros for the 16GB version and 199 euros for the 64GB version.
